I have been a terrible blogging slacker recently - it makes me sad just thinking about it. This Saturday I went to the Halloween Dog Parade in Tompkins Square Park. It was $5 to enter and the money goes to manage the dog run in the park. Best $5 ever spent! The parade was highly entertaining…below are some highlights.
